A 20+ year veteran of global tech and operations, Angie is the architect behind our world-class process. With deep experience in program management leadership, she ensures GSD operates with the same level of precision and efficiency we build for our clients. She is the co-author of the book “Doubling Down As Dualpreneurs” with Travis.

Travis Janko, CEO & Co-Founder

A 20+ year SaaS sales leader, Travis has been in the trenches of hyper-growth. He's led teams through a $50M Series C, an IPO, and two major acquisitions ($317M and $3.5B). He is the author of "You, Of All People," the strategic mind behind our evidence-based vetting frameworks, and the primary coach for our clients.

Together, we've spent a collective 40+ years building teams, raising four children, and now enjoying seven grandchildren. When we're not talking about hiring strategy, you can usually find us hiking a trail in our home state of Colorado
