Our offices are close, and on her louder days (we all have them), I’ll catch bits and pieces of Angie’s conversations.

Those three words? They’re the most common.

And for good reason.

They’re simple—but incredibly powerful.

Nothing happens without trying first.

If your plan is to make everything perfect before you start, you’ll either never get started… or you'll launch something you think is perfect, only to find out it’s not.

You don’t know what you don’t know—until you start.

TRY = ship the first version. Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s not fully baked.

Next comes the feedback loop: TEST. Does it work? What’s breaking? What’s resonating? You’ll learn pretty quickly. This is where insights show up. This is where growth starts.

Then comes the critical move: ADJUST. Refine it. Tweak it. Fix what didn’t work and double down on what did. That’s where momentum builds.

And there’s a fourth step people miss: REPEAT. Do it again. And again. And again. That’s how you get better. That’s how you build anything that lasts.
