Reflecting on a beautiful moment from our recent trip to Kauai with my amazing wife and business partner, Angie. Watching the waves crash and recede was a powerful reminder: the most enduring things in life, and certainly in business, are built on strong, reliable partnerships.

For Angie and me, being partners in both life and GSD Coach & Recruiting isn't just about sharing an office or a last name. It means that the core tenets of any successful partnership aren't just aspirational ideals. These tenets include shared vision, complementary strengths, unwavering trust, and consistent effort. They are our daily practice, the bedrock upon which we build everything.

The founder journey, especially in the demanding SaaS world, can often feel like a solo mission. But the truth is, success is rarely achieved in isolation.
